Malignant ocular surface neoplasia encompasses three main tumor types that are classified according to their cellular origins. These include epithelial tumors (ocular surface squamous neoplasia), melanocytic tumors (primary acquired melanosis with atypia and conjunctival melanoma), and conjunctival lymphoma. In this chapter, we focus on the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment options, and course of these three malignant lesions.
