Modeling Systems Archetypes
摘要
Systems archetypes are useful tools in the systems thinking approach. The following eight systems archetypes are introduced: fixes that fail, shifting the burden, drifting goals, growth and underinvestment, escalation, success to the successful, limits to success, and tragedy of the commons. Each systems archetype is explained using a causal loop diagram, a behavior over time graph, and a stock and flow diagram. A code for each systems archetype is also introduced.
