Unraveling the Complexities: The Patentability of Artificial Neural Networks
摘要
Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are neural networks that resemble brain neurons. In some way, they were made to resemble how neurons work in the human mind. These days, ANNs are used for numerous activities due to the apparent impact of AI. In recent years, there has been a lot of interest around the world in the patentability of artificial neural networks (ANNs) and their classification as computer programs and algorithms. Currently, judges are debating and assessing the intellectual property rights of ANNs across the board as well as the software that they relate to and develop.
