Modern transportation management systems (TMS) demand increased security, automation, and human supervision to guarantee logistical operations are dependable and effective. A secure and reliable foundation for business automation is provided by this method, which integrates Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) frameworks. OCR makes data processing digital and automated, TPMs protect cryptographic features, and HITL facilitates dynamic decision-making. Utilizing learning features, IoT devices, and optimization algorithms, the system provides scalable, effective, and economical TMS solutions. Our system outperforms alternatives that use BLE, RFID, and NLP in terms of efficiency and security, achieving 94% accuracy and 93% recall. This integrated strategy ensures a safe, flexible, and effective transportation management system by improving cybersecurity, data extraction, and operational agility.
