Chemical flooding has become an important guarantee for the continuous production of A Oilfield. Among them, chemical flooding separate injection technology has entered the stage of large -scale promotion and application. According to the nature of the oil layer and the needs of different development stages, after years of development, the two major category of the surface dual pipe and underground single tube technical system are formed. Among them, “whole process injection technology” is currently the main injection technology of oilfield chemical flooding, A tube column meets the demand for multiple segments of blank water flooding, chemical flooding and subsequent water flooding. It has applied over 10,000 wells in the A Oilfield. As the scale of the flooding drive of oil fields continues to expand and the driven objects continue to transfer to the low permeability reservoir, the existing separate injection technology has revealed a series of problems: the test workload has increased year by year. Adapt to the demand of the Low permeability reservoir, the capacity and division capacity decreased significantly. For this reason, we have proposed the level of intelligentization of the chemical flooding injection technology and relieve the pressure of testing. We will carry out research and development of low permeability reservoir chemical flooding separate injection technology, improve the development direction of the degree of use of the low permeability reservoir, and further high quality and efficiency for the chemical flooding injection of the oil field.
