Research and Application of Safety Control Technology for Horizontal Well Repeated Fracturing Construction

In order to solve the problems of wellbore pressure control and construction safety in the implementation process of horizontal well repeated fracturing, further ensure the safety of horizontal well repeated fracturing construction, in view of the actual situation of fluid output from the tubing during the operation, low construction efficiency, and high safety risk, research has been carried out from the aspects of wellbore pressure control, ground monitoring, and construction process control, and the safety control technology for horizontal well fracturing construction has been improved. The field application shows that this technology can significantly enhance the well control ability and safety level during the operation, which can not only meet the safe and environmentally friendly construction of horizontal well fracturing, but also help to shorten the construction period of the measure well, and provide technical support for the efficient, safe, and low-cost tubing fracturing transformation of horizontal wells.
