Design and Optimization for Structural Parameters of Metal Stator to Soft Rotor PC Pump
摘要
The structure of a soft rotor to metal stator PC pump overturns that of a traditional PC pump, which can realize the pump repair operation without pulling out tubing to reduce the workover cost, and prolong the duration of the pump. The design for the structural parameters of a soft rotor to metal stator PC pump is very different from that of a traditional PC pump. By means of theoretical calculation and full-scale simulation test, three main structural parameters of the RZGLB300 mode of soft rotor to metal stator PC pump are designed and optimized, including the strength of a spiral metal rotor core, the thickness of the rotor’s elastomer as well as the interference between stator and rotor. The results of in-house hydraulic characteristic performance test and field test show that the designed and optimized parameters embody the advantages of high single stage pressure, high mechanical efficiency and long duration of soft rotor, to meet the lifting requirements of the field. It lays a foundation for the popularization and application of soft rotor to metal stator PC pumps.
