New Productivity Model of Acid Fracturing Horizontal Well Considering Time-Dependent mechanism–A Case Study of M Oilfield in Middle East
摘要
During the production of acid fracturing wells, the fracture conductivity and the skin of wells will vary with time. However, traditional productivity models always ignore these effects, resulting in big difference between predicted and actual productivity. In order to solve this problem, the reservoir seepage model considering acid filtration and time-dependent skin factor of the well is established, and the impact of time-dependent effect on productivity is evaluated. Then, a typical acid fracturing horizontal well of M oilfield in the Middle East is taken as an example to evaluate the model. The results show that half-length of fractures, fracture spacing and initial fracture conductivity are the key factors affecting the productivity of the acid-fracturing wells. As the half-length of fracture and fracture spacing increases, the oil production rate and cumulative oil production will also increase, but the increasing amplitude gradually decreases, indicating the existence of the optimal half-length of fracture and fracture spacing; The greater the initial conductivity, the higher daily and cumulative oil production, and the better the development effect. The actual production history of a typical acid fracturing horizontal well in M oilfield shows that the production law predicted by the new productivity model is highly consistent with the actual production.
