Research on Methods to Improve Seal Stability of Core Tools for Intelligent Stratified Oil Production
摘要
In the process of construction and production, the core tools such as intelligent production distributor and wet docking device are affected by downhole temperature, pressure and string creep. There are risks of seal failure and electronic components burning. The process life is greatly shortened. Therefore, research is carried out to improve the dynamic and static sealing performance of core tools such as intelligent production distributor and wet docking device. By improving the sealing mode of core tools and optimizing the mechanical structure, a set of solutions to the sealing failure problem is formed. In addition, the dynamic and static sealing performance of process pipe string in hydraulic setting, signal docking, flow adjustment other key construction links is verified through laboratory experiments and field tests. The test results show that the pressure of the core tool is 35 MPa and the temperature is 85 °C, which improves the long-term sealing stability of the core tool for intelligent stratified oil production.
