With the gradual deepening of exploration and development of shallow oil and gas, deep and ultra-deep resources have become an important field for increasing oil and gas reserves and increasing production in Tarim Basin. The pressure of oil and gas reservoirs is moving from high pressure and ultra-high pressure to extra-high pressure, and the ground test faces some problems such as ultra-high temperature (greater than 190 ℃), ultra-high pressure (high predicted formation pressure is above 190 Mpa, well opening oil pressure is above 140 Mpa) and high sulfur content (up to 450,000 ppm). This puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the equipment and measures of surface flow blowout. Fudong X uses 175 MPa dual-surface flow equipment, continuously improves and optimizes the configuration of surface flow, and explores a set of safe, reliable and applicable surface test flow for the blowout of extra-high pressure oil and gas wells, and has certain guiding significance for the blowout test of similar extra-high pressure oil and gas wells.
