At present, the overseas cooperation blocks of Daqing oilfield are increasing year by year, the overseas market share is expanding year by year, the overseas production has become the guarantee of stable production, and the international technical service is also an important way of benefit growth. However, overseas oil fields have many special development conditions different from oilfield A. In order to meet the needs of a wide variety of casing sizes, well depth, high salinity and large injection volume, we designed the core tool double/four-outlet large-displacement bridge eccentric water distributor to achieve single-layer injection volume up to 1200 m3/d. By designing a series of packers and carrying out anti-scale experiments of tools with different coatings, we have formed zonal injection string, surveillance and anti-corrosion and anti-scale technology suitable for overseas large displacement demand. The application range of zonal water injection technology is broadened, which provides technical support for the efficient development of oil field water flooding.
