In order to meet the requirements of conventional tool tubing with pressure drag at lower pressure, A kind of the oil pipe plugging technology of pumping delivery and fishing is developed. Through the operation of pumping and recoil, the oil pipe can be plugged and unplugged quickly, with convenient operation and reliable plugging. This paper introduces in detail the design and development, analytical calculation and performance testing of the core tool of the oil pipe plugging technology of pumping delivery and fishing. Combined with finite element simulation analysis and research, the structure of the tool has been improved after several optimization and improvement. The laboratory test show that the technology can effectively meet the requirements of continuous fracturing operation of conventional tool tubing with pressure drag adjustment drilling tool position under low pressure. At the same time, the application range of this technology can be further expanded.
