The project was conducted to design, develop, and implement an integrated system that will automate the process of attendance and monitoring within a university. Specifically, the design of database used for data storage and retrieval, reports and analytics basis for decision making. The development of the embedded system operated by an Arduino, C++, composer package manager, Laravel-vue MVC framework, Microsoft Visual Studio, Android Studio (IDE) for mobile integration, git bash, microcontroller, RFID reader module, Wi-Fi module, LCD module display, piezo buzzer/active buzzer, PCB, lithium battery, LED, wires, resistor, and OTG. The testing of the project includes the unit, integration, and system. The respondent’s evaluation was based on ISO25010 instrument and found to be “Very Good”. The implementation of the project was found efficient in monitoring and increasing campus’ productivity.
