The worldwide pandemic has brought about changes in the learning modes of learners in higher education institutions in the Philippines. The use of hybrid learning modality has allowed teachers to attend simultaneously to their classes virtually for one group and face-to-face for another group with the virtual learners receiving the same instruction as the face-to-face learners. Thus, the purpose of this research study is to describe how satisfied instructors are toward e-learning and their perceptions toward hybrid learning transition in the Philippines. Through Google survey, 613 responses were retrieved. In terms of perception on hybrid adoption, the items were classified as follows: Monitoring e-learning satisfaction, integration of academic practices, flexible and collaborative learning environment, implementation of curriculum procedures, and relative advantage and envisioning. It was revealed that there was a link among (1) e-learning satisfaction acceptance of hybrid learning model, (2) prior e-learning satisfaction and relative advantage of hybrid learning, (3) prior e-learning and integration of academic practices in the context of digital facilities, (4) flexible and collaborative learning environment and integration of academic practices, (5) flexible and collaborative learning environment and implementation of curriculum procedures, as well as (6) relative advantage and implementation of curriculum procedures in the context of operationalization. Future researchers can replicate the same study to validate such findings.

摘要
