The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) within the healthcare field represents a significant paradigm shift to enhance educational practices for medical professionals and the quality and usability of patient care. This research study aims to investigate AI technologies, including tools such as ChatGPT and Quillbot, that advance learning experiences and optimize patient management. In medical education, AI-driven applications such as personalized learning systems, interactive simulations, and intelligent tutoring programs facilitate tailored instruction and constructive feedback, thereby improving knowledge acquisition and clinical skills. Simultaneously, AI’s contributions to patient care spanning from diagnostic support and predictive analytics to personalized treatment recommendations assist in streamlining the clinical workflows and enable more precise, data-informed decision-making.
