The Lao Cai–Hanoi–Hai Phong–Quang Ninh economic corridor serves as a major economic artery in the northern region of Vietnam. However, the logistic development of this economic corridor has not been specifically and deeply studied. This study was conducted to quantify the impact of factors on the development of logistics services on the economic corridor. To carry out this assessment, a 7-step research process was conducted based on a Likert scale survey, and the gathered data was analyzed by using SPSS software. The results show that the highest level of influence on the development of logistics services is change in transport infrastructure, followed by institutional and policy factors, change in quantity and quality of human resources, change in logistics service quality, change in technology and digital transformation, and finally the change in sustainable growth.
