In this paper, a low dispersion ultra-wideband antenna is designed. Propagation velocities of different frequencies are same. Different frequencies of the applied pulse reach the antenna aperture simultaneously. Hence, dispersion will not be present in this type of antenna when it is used for applications that require wide frequency spectrum form S band to X band. In this paper a 13 dBi gain valentine antenna is designed.
