This paper will focus on the transformative integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in SAP systems, especially the role of predictive analysis in strengthening Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). AI technologies, including machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP), revolutionize operations with advanced predictive insights, automating routine work, and greatly improving decision-making processes. The ERP leader, SAP, also introduces some platforms such as SAP HANA and SAP Leonardo as pioneers in digital transformation. Companies can predict future trends, optimize resource allocation, reduce risk more effectively, and increase overall operational efficiency through predictive analysis. In this paper, we will also analyze in detail how AI-based predictive analysis reforms the SAP system. We also examine issues such as data privacy concerns and the need for large infrastructure investments. Finally, we are also considering new trends such as the increasing importance of AI in sustainability initiatives. SAP systems with AI are an important tool for the success of companies with advanced analytics.
