The present world is dependent largely on the way how training and upskilling works well to ensure smooth and rapid advancement with the changing world of technology. In this regard microlearning as a platform plays a pivitol role in organization success as it helps in providing a competency enhancement opportunity to the employees and helps in building future of organization largely. The present study aimed at understanding how microlearning serves as a platform for employee upskilling, challenges, motivation to attend and challenges along with perception towards this learning style. Based on analysis it was found that it is consistently helping in closing skill gaps, and ensuring initiatives taken by employees with a feeling of trust that they are learning at workplace.
