Concrete paver blocks are a common substance of occurrence with increased infrastructure, and since mostly made with cement-based binder combinations, it is also contributing to the global warming phenomenon. The paver block concrete is quite different than a normal concrete with high value of sand incorporation as per codal provisions. Locally available agro-waste and industrial waste like fly ash and bagasse ash have been used in this work which are generated after power production causing a disposal issue. In this present study, two different forms of concretes, i.e., fly ash-based blended concrete and a geopolymer concrete mix with a ternary blend of fly ash, bagasse ash and slag were developed for paver block and the LCA study for the same was conducted to compare the efficiency catering to 15 different categories. Results from this study revealed that the geopolymer-based pavers will be ecologically more viable as compared to blended cement pavers.
