Hierarchical Multiple Linear Regression Modeling on Predictions of Supervisory Leadership Practices: A Case Study of Indian Construction Company

The current study utilized hierarchical multiple linear regression (HMLR) analysis to assess the impact of site-supervisory leadership style on the effectiveness and work quality of construction projects. The study focused on an Indian construction company specializing in road and highway construction. The research examined the complex relationship between supervisory leadership practices (SLPs) and employee attitudinal measures (EAMs) using a closed-ended questionnaire survey. The HMLR analysis was used to analyze the interactions and correlations between these SLPs and EAMs. The study aims to empirically link supervisory leadership to industrial performance, emphasizing the importance of improving organizational effectiveness and promoting sustainable construction practices. This aspect is often considered a “Black Box” in the field of research.
