Foodtech System Transformation: Current Perspectives and Diffusion Model
摘要
Agricultural development is a prerequisite for sustainable development. Providing humanity with a sufficient number of quality products is one of the main roles of agriculture. Over the years, different approaches have been tried the solving the problems of sustainable development in agriculture. However, the issue is still unresolved and requires further research into the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to agriculture. The basis of the study is a set of methodological techniques and methods: abstract logic and comparison, logical generalization, structuring and identification, observation, statistical and index economic-mathematical modeling. The computer implementation of the model allows to set the initial configuration of the number of funds for consumption, the maximum demand for innovative products, and the maximum volume of production of individual entrepreneurs and to investigate the dependence of the dynamics of innovation on these parameters. The disadvantage of the model is that it does not consider the possibility of demand for an innovative product in cells remote from the IE. Next, it analyzed some products, the production, and distribution of which can be modeled using the presented diffusion model: microgreen, snail caviar, and chlorella. Global megatrends are manifesting themselves all over the world but with varying intensity and speed in different regions. The development of innovation in agriculture will contribute to the provision of sufficient food of good quality and composition to meet the needs of an ever-growing world population. The success of innovation in agriculture depends not only on key stakeholders, but also on government, science, society, and everyone else.
