Lateral Flow Immunoassay Probe Materials and Sensing Detection Applications
摘要
Lateral Flow Immunoassay (LFIA) technology emerged in the late 1960s as a low-cost, fast, and convenient immunodetection method. Its basic principle is to couple detectable probes to antigens, antibodies, or aptamers, and achieve macroscopic visualization of the analyte through signal aggregation amplification pathways. Compared with traditional immunodetection methods, LFIA does not require professional operation, has flexible usage conditions, and has broad application prospects in the field of point-of-care testing (POCT).
