Prototype Design for Knowledge and Data-Driven Monitoring of GNC Subsystems In-Orbit Telemetry
摘要
The daily monitoring of satellite GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) subsystems telemetry data is a critical component of their in-orbit maintenance, forming the foundation for health management, trend analysis, and prediction. In response to this requirement, this article proposes a prototype design driven by the combination of knowledge and data driven. This prototype involves the batch collection of specified telemetry parameters from the in-orbit system. After preprocessing the data, integrated with an expert knowledge base and analytical methods to enable the monitoring and diagnosis of the in-orbit GNC subsystems anomalies. The practical results demonstrate that this prototype design has high practicality and reliability, providing a strong guarantee for the stable operation of geostationary and low Earth orbit satellites.
