Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Heart Failure: A CiteSpace Study
摘要
Objective: The research literature on coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with heart failure (HF) was systematically visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace knowledge graph, and the research status, hot spots and development trend in this field were discussed. Methods: The relevant literatures published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from January 2000 to June 2024 were selected. CiteSpace software was used for keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and timeline analysis to uncover research hotspots and frontiers in the field of CHD combined with HF. Results: The keyword co-occurrence analysis indicated that heart failure, coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and prognosis are the primary research hotspots. Clustering analysis revealed several research directions, including symptom studies, treatment methods, related factors, and the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Timeline analysis showed the evolutionary trends of different research hotspots over various periods. Conclusion: Research on CHD combined with HF mainly focuses on etiology, symptoms, treatment methods, and prognosis analysis. Future studies should continue to pay attention to the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments, elderly care, and psychological interventions to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
