At present, China is developing new generation spacecraft for data relay transmitting in outer space. It adopts a series of new technologies. This paper briefly analyzes and describes the key assembly integration technology, including assembling the complex out-cabin motional cable, simulation analysis on laying complex thermal wires of biaxial drive mechanism, making appropriate arrangement for process in narrow space. It also presents design of important mechanical grounding support equipment (MGSE), such as 3-axis satellite attitude positioner (SAP), automatic side cover-open container, etc. The process described in this paper can also be widely used for other spacecraft.

摘要

At present, China is developing new generation spacecraft for data relay transmitting in outer space. It adopts a series of new technologies.
