A Method of Hierarchical Storage and Down Transmission for Satellite Delay Telemetry

Delayed telemetry is an important means to master the working state of satellite in the invisible range of measurement and control station. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional telemetry storage method, and designs a hierarchical delay telemetry storage method from the aspects of maximum use of storage space, optimizing the transmission rate and telemetry grading coverage. And through the satellite software independent delay telemetry queue, according to, under the telemetry, application scenarios set up different delay transmission mode, ensure the important telemetry fast transmission, at the same time also can meet all delay telemetry storage, avoid delay telemetry loss, make the ground can accurately grasp the satellite in the invisible arc work, let the ground can quickly satellite health assessment and fault positioning and disposal. The delay telemetry method has been successfully applied to a satellite and achieved good results.
