Application and Exploration of the Ultra-Quiet Platform in Ultra-Quiet Satellites

The application of the ultra-quiet platform in satellites can achieve two-level collaborative control between the satellite platform and the payload, effectively improving the satellite's maneuverability and reducing the micro-vibration impact of disturbance components on the payload. In view of the increasing requirements for payload stability, the ultra-quiet platform is becominga core product of future satellites, which can increase the stability of the payload by more than 90%. However, there are few cases exploring the impact of ultra-quiet platforms completely isolating payloads from satellite platforms. This paper explores the configuration layout design of ultra-quiet platforms in ultra-quiet satellites, installation accuracy guarantee and error impact analysis, cross-platform accessory stiffness impact analysis and system testing program, and gives guiding suggestions for the application of ultra-quiet platforms in the future.
