The spaceborne laser measurement system requires active Q-switched laser drivers to have miniaturization, high reliability, and good electromagnetic compatibility. However, active Q-switched laser drivers are prone to generating strong electromagnetic interference. A design of an active Q-switched laser driver suitable for spaceborne laser measurement systems is proposed in response to the requirements of laser drivers for spaceborne laser measurement systems. The electromagnetic interference characteristics of the active Q-switched laser driver are analyzed, and the product has passed equipment level and system level environmental reliability tests, meeting the requirements of spaceborne laser measurement systems.

摘要

The spaceborne laser measurement system requires active Q-switched laser drivers to have miniaturization, high reliability, and good electromagnetic compatibility. However, active Q-switched laser drivers are prone to generating strong electromagnetic interference.
