Analysis of the Impact of Baffle Selection on the Operational Duration of High-Orbit Optical Satellites
摘要
This paper analyzed the shading characteristics of the oblique baffle and the multiplate baffle from the perspectives of the allowable solar zenith angle and azimuth angle. Combined with typical staring mission scenarios of high-orbit optical satellites, the impact of baffle selection on the annual sun avoidance duration and its distribution throughout the year was statistically analyzed. The results indicate that the oblique baffle is suitable for satellites with variable observation conditions, while the multiplate baffle is more effective when the satellite’s observation geometry conditions are more uniform.
