Under the premise of static stability of temperature, high precision temperature control needs to judge the stability of the dynamic characteristics of temperature fluctuations to determine whether the temperature fluctuations converge. The traditional means of observing temperature fluctuations images are prone to subjective interference and lose their accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a test method based on time series ADF test, which avoids the influence of subjective interference mathematically. The convergence judgment method of the dynamic characteristics of temperature is developed.
