Based on the typical sun synchronous orbit satellite mission, this paper analyzes the radiation environment of the orbit using the radiation belt AP8/AE8 model developed by NASA. The measurement indicators of space total ionizing dose monitoring are determined, and the key design and calibration experimental of the space total ionizing dose monitoring system are carried out, including the design of RadFET probe and the design of analog signal processing circuit. Ground radiation calibration test using 60Co γ-ray source and temperature calibration test using a temperature chamber are also conducted, and the relationship between the output voltage of the RadFET and the radiation dose and temperature is obtained, And quality control points for design and calibration test were provided, which can be referred to by relevant researchers.
