Massive MIMO multi-channel antenna AAUs are used on a TDD network, and UEs are unbalanced in the coverage area of a base station. After SSB beam optimization, narrower SSB beams are used or the SSB azimuth is adjusted to point to areas with dense user population. After the SSB beam adjustment, the coverage performance in other areas deteriorates. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the coverage performance of the sidelobe user in the cell deteriorates after the SSB beam optimization adjustment in the TDD system, a method for cooperatively adjusting the electromagnetic parameter of the RIS by using the RIS device and the SSB beam is proposed, and the characteristics of the RIS device for adjusting the refraction direction are used. This feature refracts some SSB beams based on the time-domain transmission period of SSB beams to expand the overall cell coverage and enhance coverage performance.
