With the development of mobile network, users have higher expectations for network performance. Previous measurement reports focused on single dimension metrics, such as user Reference Signal Receiving Power (RSRP), Time Advance (TA), Angle of Arrival (AOA). When a single dimension index is applied to 5G / 5G-A network coverage assessment, it cannot accurately characterize the network quality. This paper effectively integrates RSRP, TA, and AOA. It introduces multi-dimensional index joint optimization techniques to assess network coverage. The proposed algorithms can be used to help operators to do more detailed and accurate network planning and network optimization.
