This paper proposes a novel algorithm, which introduces the concept of spatial resources into the air interface efficiency calculation mechanism, and takes into account time-frequency-space three-dimensional resources. The proposed algorithm innovatively normalizes and explicitly the space gain brought by Massive Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) technology. The statistical results obtained can be used to characterize the actual transmission efficiency of radio networks, which implements the space multiplexing technology and to evaluate the efficiency of air interface multilayer transmission in Massive MIMO scenarios.
