The development and application of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) technology is driving the transformation of the intelligent transportation and automobile industries. It not only enhances the vehicle's ability to perceive the environment, but also facilitates the multi-vehicle information integration and decision-making, improving traffic safety and efficiency. With the maturity of 5G networks, C-V2X can fully exploit its advantages in latency and better meet the requirements of intelligent connected vehicles. To improve the efficiency of vehicle-road collaboration and interconnection, improve the intelligent road management and scheduling capability, and reduce the risk of road accidents, this paper studies the identification capability of vehicles, non-motorized vehicles, and pedestrians under continuous network coverage. Build a digital twin brain for synaesthesia and intelligent operation of vehicle-road collaboration to realize visualized control of traffic roads. At the same time, in Shanghai Lingang Intelligent Network Lianchuang New District, Jiading International Automobile City and other key smart transportation roads, the intelligent network automobile national demonstration zone has been formed.
