This paper investigates on the challenges encountered in the delivery of the nationwide China Unicom backbone cloud pool construction in 2022, including the large number of resource pools to be built, the scattered locations of data centers, the varying sizes of resource pools, the lengthy implementation process, the numerous deployment stages of the cloud platform, the insufficient number of personnel, and the extended testing period for delivery and maintenance acceptance. Through the application of digital transformation in the construction of the backbone cloud pool platform and software deployment, the progress of the backbone cloud construction has been accelerated, and the delivery efficiency has been improved.

摘要
