Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) electrodes have garnered significant attention in the fields of energy storage, sensors, and flexible electronics due to their high electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and excellent flexibility. This chapter evaluates various rGO film preparation technologies, such as spin coating and vacuum filtration, with a focus on addressing challenges related to quality and large-scale production. The specific effects of different preparation techniques on the properties of rGO films are discussed. This chapter provides valuable insights into the preparation and applications of rGO films, offering a foundation for future research and development in these areas.
