Research on Key Technologies for Deep Gas Drilling and Completion in the Northern Songliao Basin
摘要
The deep natural gas resources in the northern part of the Songliao Basin are abundant, with gas reservoirs usually buried at a depth of about 4000 m. The reservoir types are divided into five types: tight sandstone, sandstone, volcanic rock, granite, and weathered metamorphic rock crust. Gas reservoirs are affected by poor lateral connectivity and heterogeneity, with complex geological conditions and poor reservoir drillability, making extraction difficult. In response to technical bottlenecks such as high hardness, slow drilling speed, high ground temperature, and long open hole cementing sections in deep formations, continuous optimization of drill bits and wellbore structure has been carried out. At the same time, technical breakthroughs have been made in accelerating tools, high-temperature resistant drilling fluids, and deep gas well cementing and anti channeling technologies, forming a series of deep gas drilling and completion supporting technology suitable for Daqing Oilfield. Provided technical support for stable oil field production.
