Research and Application of Large Size Casing Cementing Technology for Compressed Air Energy Storage Wells
摘要
Salt cavern compressed air energy storage is an important project to implement large-scale electric power storage, and the integrity of cement ring seal is the key to ensure long-term safe operation of wellbore. The production wells of compressed air energy storage have the characteristics of low formation temperature (< 40 °C), large annular volume (80 ~ 120 L/m), high injection-production frequency (1 round per day), and high life requirements (50 years), it's difficult to guarantee the cementing quality. Research on key materials of low-temperature and high-activity cement slurry was carried out, and high-activity early-strength material DRA-1L and toughening material DRT-2S were optimized, a set of low-temperature and high-activity cement slurry system was formed. The hardening time at 30 ℃ was 7.1 h, the 7 days compressive strength was 34.7 MPa, and the elastic modulus was less than 6 GPa, the problem of insufficient mechanical properties of low temperature cement is solved. The flow pattern design were carried out, and the key technology to improve the displacement efficiency was developed. The displacement efficiency was 96.1%. Combined with wellbore preparation and other measures, the key cementing technology of Salt cavern compressed air energy storage has been formed. It has been successfully applied in the demonstration project of Hubei Yingcheng 300 MW compressed air energy storage power station, the world's first 300 MW compressed air energy storage power station, and the cementing quality is greater than 95%, which helps the project to be successfully completed and has a good prospect. Also, it has a good reference significance for the improvement of cementing quality under the condition of large hole size of oil and gas wells.
