The complexity of various construction projects is growing, which has increased the need for better project management tools to support process of digitization of Project management while improving project and process results. This research aims to study one such “BIM solution tool’ which is an integrated Building Information modelling (BIM) based Project management software with the help of implementing it on a live project and forecasting the effects of using the technology in the design and planning phases of the project through 4D and 5D coordination. The study’s findings would include an examination of the functionality of a specific intelligent scheduling system that is exclusive to BIM solution tool, suggestions for how the design may have been improved in the project’s early stages, and a study of the effects on cost based on examples.
