Renal tumors form 7% of all pediatric tumors. These are the commonest abdominal tumors in pediatric age group. The most common being the Wilms tumor(WT), followed by congenital mesoblastic nephroma (CMN), clear cell sarcoma of the kidney (CCSK), malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT), and variants of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) [1, 2].
