A wide spectrum of brain tumors are seen in pediatric age group. Although almost every type of brain tumor have been described in the pediatric age group, certain tumors such as embryonal tumors, ependymoma, choroid plexus tumors are seen more commonly in these patients. The evaluation of these tumors include combination of histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular findings. An integrated diagnosis can provide best information for precise and personalized therapy. We shall discuss briefly the pathology of common pediatric brain tumors in this chapter.
