It is the leading force in improving the quality of independent talent cultivation. We must adhere to the “four orientations”, serve the self-reliance and self-strengthening of science and technology, take the construction of world-class disciplines as the focus, build a discipline system with Chinese characteristics, promote the adjustment of disciplines and specialties, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and the support for economic and social development.
