Various lifting surgical techniques have been described thus far. One of the most important considerations is, “If the patient in front of me were my family, what surgery would I choose?” It is crucial to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each lifting procedure and to provide appropriate explanations to ensure high patient satisfaction post-surgery. In this chapter, we will review various cases and consider what procedures the reader might choose, followed by a case study of the surgical methods selected by the author.
