Unsteady Force Measurement on Cylinder Surface Using Anodized Aluminum Pressure-Sensitive Paint
摘要
Pressure-sensitive paint (PSP) is an optical sensor that can acquire the pressure distribution on the surface of an object by using oxygen quenching of luminescent dyes. Anodized Aluminum Pressure-Sensitive Paint (AA-PSP) is a type of PSP with excellent oxygen permeability and time response. Therefore, the AA-PSP has been used to visualize high-speed fluid phenomena. In addition, the AA-PSP was developed with sufficient luminous intensity and time response. In this study, the unsteady force exerted by a shock wave on a cylindrical model under atmospheric pressure was measured using the AA-PSP. The unsteady force was calculated from the time series pressure distribution of the shock wave passing through the cylinder model.
