This paper aims at the large workload of tapping the potential of oil production wells. The measures are complex and diverse. And the method of evaluating the effect of the measures is different. Mostly based on manual experience, and Lead to unclear boundary standards. The status quo of low work efficiency. Analyze the rationality of the evaluation method of the effect of the whole oil field measures. Simplify the analysis process and reduce the evaluation index, improve the accuracy and timeliness of the evaluation of the effect of measures. Based on on-site production experience and theoretical research, according to the construction ideas of unified evaluation data, unified evaluation method, and unified evaluation standard, establish an evaluation system for production indicators, pressure indicators, and utilization status indicators. And combined with the actual needs of the site (Yan et al. in Chem Enterp Manage 33:146, 2014) [1], form a software platform for the evaluation of the effectiveness of measures, realize the automatic extraction of basic data, automatic tracking of implementation progress and automatic evaluation of the effect of measures. Realize the standardization and automation of measure effect evaluation, improve the rationality, accuracy and uniqueness of the evaluation of the effect of measures, further improve the work efficiency of dynamic analysts and the accuracy of the measures.
