In the compilation process of conventional fracturing scheme, a large amount of basic data and graphics are required, which make it difficult to prepare single well measure scheme. The analysis of measure effect cannot be accurate and quantitative. The water drive annual adjustment program compilation system is based on multi-disciplinary reservoir research results. The efficiency of reservoir development analysis is improved through quantification of remaining oil and optimization of adjustment program to obtain the maximum economic benefits. Based on the water drive annual adjustment program compilation system, this paper takes the tertiary infill drilling of eastern transitional zone as an example to intelligent choices of fracture wells. Through the development of personalized measures to tap the remaining oil and extend the validity of measures. A total of 25 fracturing Wells have been implemented and the cumulative oil has reached 7000t. The validity of the measures is 9 months and still effective.
