Injection and production adjustment of oil and water wells is the key of oilfield development. Entering the stage of ultra-high water content development, the difficulty of adjusting oilfield development is high, and the effectiveness is deteriorating. The injection production adjustment technology based on empirical analysis can no longer meet the needs of precise development. Daqing Oilfield has established a quantitative evaluation method for the utilization status of small layers based on data mining through independent innovation. On this basis, a combination of near resistance water injection optimization and adjustment technology has been developed, expanding the potential for layer adjustment by 10% and increasing oil production by more than 18%. The big data fracturing well layer optimization technology have been developed, and after application, the daily oil increase of a single well in the initial stage was 4.9 tons, with a 10% improvement in oil increase effect compared to manual screening methods. The next step of injection production adjustment technology should target the development characteristics of ultra-high water cut reservoirs in the later stage, based on the theory of oil and gas seepage, organically integrating reservoir engineering, big data technology, and intelligent monitoring, establishing a dynamic adjustment mode of intelligent prediction and continuous optimization, achieving optimization, accuracy improvement, and efficiency improvement goals, and laying an important foundation for the construction of intelligent reservoirs.
