As the key equipment of drilling rig, drilling pump and winch play a vital role in the normal operation of drilling production. Intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of key equipment of drilling rig is a necessary means to understand and master the operating status and functional characteristics of equipment, and is also an important part of the digital transformation and intelligent development of oil drilling. In this paper, according to the operation characteristics and monitoring requirements of key drilling equipment, a wireless intelligent vibration acquisition system is developed by using trigger synchronous acquisition technology. The synchronization accuracy of the system can reach 0.3 ms, which ensures the data synchronization between sensors. The system trigger acquisition threshold of 50–6000 mg can be set, which can flexibly capture the operating status of drilling site equipment for intelligent acquisition, and the collected data can be wirelessly transmitted to the cloud server for diagnosis and analysis. Field tests have proved that the wireless intelligent vibration acquisition system has improved the safety and economy of oil production. Provide strong support for the company to develop drilling equipment health monitoring and evaluation business.
